Paid Time Off (PTO)

That’s why Orlando Health offers a comprehensive PTO policy that gives you time off for vacation, holidays, personal business or personal and family illness. New, full-time team members can earn nearly five weeks of PTO each year! We also offer a voluntary PTO cash-in option (at 75% value) four times a year.

We offer a Preferred Education Program that allows you to pursue an associate degree, bachelor’s degree or technical certificate at select institutions with no out-of-pocket costs! Other educational assistance programs include tuition reimbursement (up to $5,000 a year) and student loan repayment ($1,200 per year) for eligible team members and free programs to help you obtain your high school diploma or pursue English as a second language.

Benefit Plan Required Posting: Under the Transparency in Coverage Rule, self-funded health plans are required to make machine readable files (MRFs) publicly accessible. This requires providing a link to MRFs prepared by the insurer/TPA. To meet this requirement, MRFs will be posted monthly on transparency-in-coverage.uhc.com beginning July 1, 2022.
